Managers prepare and practice a career discussion for each staff member. TALENTBUILDER covers topics such as why employees leave and why they stay and the costs of losing talent. It then shares tools that enable managers to consider the specific retention needs of one or two key employees and to make initial preparations for discussions of those needs.
