Leigh Scott-Kemmis
Chairman
Leigh is Chairman of Lee Hecht Harrison DBM Thailand and Chairman of Potentia Thailand. Leigh’s previous experience was in the banking and the investment industry, internationally and in Australia. He has 20 years of senior management experience and has held roles including Vice President – Citibank, Director and Treasurer – Australian Bank, Chief Executive – Bank of New Zealand (Australia), and Chairman of stockbroker BNZ Norths. Leigh has served as a non-executive director on the board of listed public companies.
Leigh was an advisor to the Australian Treasurer in respect of capital markets development, a consultant to the Commission reviewing the Australian financial system and a consultant to the World Bank. He has had considerable experience in managing large Organizational change and has a strong interest in the people issues associated with change and leadership development.
In Thailand and regionally, Leigh has worked with over 200 major Multinational
and Thai corporations undergoing change. Leigh studied Economics at the Sydney University, undertook and AMP at Harvard and is AAIB. Leigh also completed the Thai Director Certification program.
